AI Receptionist.
A voice agent that answers your phone in a tone that matches your business, asks the right qualifying questions, and writes a booking straight into your calendar. It does not sound like a robot, and it does not lose calls when your team is busy. You get a transcript, a summary, and a recording of every conversation.
Outcomes, not deliverables.
Books straight into your calendar
Two-way calendar sync (Google, Outlook, Calendly) with conflict checks before it confirms a slot.
Captures every lead, even after hours
Missed-call rescue, after-hours coverage, and SMS fallback for callers who hang up before connecting.
A quiet, repeatable engagement.
Same shape every time, tuned to this service. You always know what comes next and what it costs.

Honest pricing, scoped in discovery.
From $750/month, plus a one-time setup
A typical setup runs $1,500–$3,000 depending on call flow complexity, integrations, and the number of locations. Monthly covers the platform, call minutes within a usage band, transcripts, and ongoing tuning.
All pricing is illustrative — actual scope is set in discovery.
The questions we actually get asked.
If yours isn't here, ask it on the call. We'd rather answer in person than guess on a page.
Will callers know it's not a person?
Most don't, but we don't hide it either. The opener can introduce the assistant by name and offer to transfer to a human at any point. Honesty tends to keep trust intact.
What happens if it can't answer something?
It collects contact details, summarises the question, and either pages a teammate or texts the caller a follow-up window. Nothing falls through.
Which phone systems does it work with?
Anything that supports SIP forwarding or a published number — Google Voice, RingCentral, OpenPhone, Twilio, traditional landlines via a SIP trunk. We confirm compatibility in discovery.
How long until it's live?
Two to four weeks for most businesses. Longer if you have multiple locations, complex pricing logic, or a CRM that needs custom fields.
What about HIPAA, legal, or other regulated industries?
We can run on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure and disable recording where required. We are not a fit for clinical triage or legal advice — we'll tell you up front if your use case is out of scope.
See if ai receptionist is right for you.
A 20-minute call. We'll look at your operations, tell you whether this fits, and what it would actually take. No pitch deck.
