Internal Tools & Dashboards.
The custom internal apps and dashboards you've been meaning to build — the ones that would replace three spreadsheets and a Slack channel. We build them around how your team actually works, with the data sources you already have, and we keep them simple enough that nobody needs training.
Outcomes, not deliverables.
One pane of glass for operations
Live dashboards across your real data sources — CRM, billing, support, ops — without waiting for the data team to ship a report.
Built around how your business actually runs
Built around your team's actual job, validated with the people who'll use it daily, not designed by people who never will.
A quiet, repeatable engagement.
Same shape every time, tuned to this service. You always know what comes next and what it costs.
01
Shadow
We sit with the team, watch the work, and document the spreadsheets and side-channels they currently rely on.
02
Prototype
We mock the tool fast, get it in users' hands, and iterate before we commit to a build.
03
Build
We ship the tool in slices, each one used in real work, so the team's feedback shapes what comes next.
04
Maintain
Internal tools rot fastest. We offer a small retainer so it stays current as your data and processes change.

Honest pricing, scoped in discovery.
Tools typically run $6,000–$25,000
A focused single-team tool with a few data sources starts around $6,000. Cross-team operational dashboards with role-based access and write-back to upstream systems run higher. Hosting is usually pennies; the cost is the build.
All pricing is illustrative — actual scope is set in discovery.
The questions we actually get asked.
If yours isn't here, ask it on the call. We'd rather answer in person than guess on a page.
Why not just use Retool or Airtable?
Sometimes that's exactly what you should do — and we'll build on Retool or Airtable when it fits. We move to a custom build when the workflow is core to your operations and the no-code platform starts to limit you.
Will my team actually use it?
They will if we design it with them, not for them. The first deliverable is a prototype the actual users get to break before we touch production code.
How does this connect to our existing systems?
Through APIs, database connections, or scheduled syncs — whichever your stack supports. We do not duplicate data into a parallel system unless there's a real reason.
Who owns the code?
You do. The repo, the deployments, the credentials — all yours. If you want to take it in-house later, we hand it over cleanly.
What about access control and audit logs?
Built in from the start when sensitive data is involved. SSO, role-based permissions, and audit trails are not afterthoughts.
See if internal tools & dashboards is right for you.
A 20-minute call. We'll look at your operations, tell you whether this fits, and what it would actually take. No pitch deck.
